.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening cold
front will move east across the waters and dissipate today. A
high pres ridge will extend east across the waters today and
tonight, weaken Fri, then build across the outer waters Sat and
persist through Mon night. A low pres trough near the S Oregon
coast will persist through Sun night, then weaken Mon and Mon
night. Another weak cold front will move east across the area Fri
and Fri night.
