Inner waters from  60 nm to 150 nm offshore.
Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure over
the area will persist into Wed, then shift NW of the area Wed
night through Thu night. A cold front will approach the area Tue
and move S across the waters Tue night into Wed night before
dissipating. A low pressure trough will expand N along the coast
tonight through Tue, weaken Tue night into Wed, then expand along
the coast again Wed night and persist through Thu night. A weak
low will form near the Oregon coast Fri and drift offshore Fri
night before dissipating Sat. Weak high pressure will rebuild
over the waters Sat and Sat night.
