HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL PERSIST OVER THE WATERS TONIGHT INTO SAT...THEN WEAKEN LATE
SAT INTO SAT NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL PERSIST NEAR THE
OREGON COAST TONIGHT INTO SAT...THEN WEAKEN LATE SAT AND SAT
NIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE E ACROSS THE WATERS SAT NIGHT
AND SUN. ANOTHER RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER THE AREA SUN AND SUN
