SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...HIGH PRES OVER THE
SE WATERS WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUN...THEN DRIFT SE OF THE WATERS
SUN NIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH EARLY TONIGHT AND STALL
NEAR THE FAR NW WATERS LATER TONIGHT INTO SUN AS LOW PRES FORMS
WELL SW OF THE WATERS. THE LOW WILL MOVE NE AND PASS JUST W OF
THE NW WATERS SUN NIGHT INTO MON. THE LOW WILL PULL A TRAILING
COLD FRONT E ACROSS THE AREA MON INTO MON NIGHT. A WEAK HIGH PRES
RIDGE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W MON NIGHT INTO TUE. A LOW PRES
TROUGH WILL MOVE E ACROSS THE WATERS TUE NIGHT INTO WED. HIGH
PRES WILL REBUILD OVER THE AREA LATER WED AND PERSIST INTO THU. A
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE E THROUGH THE REGION THU NIGHT.
