.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong low
pressure center will track NE across the waters today and tonight
while a trough crosses the Oregon waters. A series of weak
troughs will move over the region Thu and Thu night. An area of
low pressure will approach the waters from the W on Fri. The low
will intensify as it tracks NE over the area Fri night into Sat.
A warm front will lift N across the region Sat into Sun. A cold
front will move into the waters Sun and Sun night.
