SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A WEAK LOW PRES TROUGH WILL
PERSIST ALONG THE SRN AND CENTRAL COAST TODAY THROUGH TUE NIGHT.
HIGH PRES OVER THE CENTRAL PORTION WILL DRIFT S AND WEAKEN TODAY
AND TONIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL RE-BUILD TO THE W OF THE SRN AND
CENTRAL WATERS SUN THROUGH TUE NIGHT. A STATIONARY FRONT WILL
WEAKEN OVER THE FAR NW PORTION TODAY. LOW PRES WILL DEVELOP W OF
THE CENTRAL WATERS EARLY TODAY...AND THEN PASS NE THROUGH THE NRN
WATERS LATER TODAY INTO TONIGHT. A WEAKENING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
OVER THE N PORTION TONIGHT THROUGH SAT NIGHT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE SLOWLY OVER THE NRN WATERS TUE AND TUE NIGHT WHILE
WEAKENING.
