.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front over the central
waters will move south tonight, then clear S of the southern
zones Thu. A low pressure trough will develop along southern
coast Thu into Thu night, expand N to the central and northern
coast Fri and Fri night, then persist through Mon night. High
pressure will build NW of the waters Thu and persist through Mon
night.
