New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure remains over
the waters tonight, then slowly shifts east Thursday, ahead of a
front which moves into the northern waters by Friday morning. The
front moves little Friday, and a developing low pressure system
will move northeast along the front out of the mid-Atlantic
Saturday. The low should continue to move northeast and away
from the waters Sunday. High pressure builds in again Monday.
