ACROSS NORTHWESTERN WYOMING. EXPECT COOL CONDITIONS TO ALSO
CONTINUE FOR TODAY. TONIGHT...DRY CONDITIONS AND BELOW NORMAL
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED. DRY WESTERLY FLOW WILL BRING SLIGHTLY
