.DISCUSSION...SUNNY SKIES ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TODAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE UPPER
60S TO UPPER 70S. WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE AROUND 5 TO 15 MPH
TODAY...BUT LIGHTER WINDS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE BLACK HILLS AND
SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA. WITH THESE RELATIVELY LIGHT WINDS AND LOW
MIXING HEIGHTS...SMOKE DISPERSAL IS EXPECTED TO BE POOR OVER MOST
AREAS.

ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
