THIS AFTERNOON FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 15 PERCENT OR LESS...20
FOOT WINDS OF 20 MPH OR MORE...AND HIGH TO EXTREME FIRE DANGER FOR
FIRE WEATHER ZONES 114 AND 258...

.UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL RESULT IN
CRITICAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS...MAINLY AT
THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.  COMBINED WITH STRONG WEST WINDS AND HIGH
TO EXTREME FIRE DANGER...CONDITIONS WILL BE RIPE FOR RAPID FIRE
GROWTH AND SPREAD. CRITICAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS ALSO EXPECTED ON
PLAINS ADJACENT TO THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS.

  FEET...WEST 20 TO 25 MPH INCREASING TO 25 TO 35 MPH IN THE
  AFTERNOON.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
