.OVERVIEW...A GRADUAL DRYING TREND ON FUELS IS GOING TO RESUME
AFTER TODAY. THIS WILL COMBINE WITH MODERATE TRADE WINDS AND
LOWER RELATIVE HUMIDITIES TO PRODUCE CONDITIONS THAT CAN ENHANCE
THE SPREAD OF WILDFIRES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON
FOR GUAM...

* AFFECTED AREA...PRIMARILY THE MOUNTAINS AND GRASSY AREAS OF
  SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL GUAM.

* WIND...EAST-NORTHEAST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH HIGHER AFTERNOON GUSTS.

* TEMPERATURES...DAYTIME HIGHS IN THE UPPER 80S.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 45 TO 50 PERCENT.

* TIMING...MOST DANGEROUS TIMES WILL BE FROM THE LATE MORNING
  HOURS UNTIL SUNSET.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP COULD SPREAD RAPIDLY. THIS
  IS ESPECIALLY TRUE FOR NORTH AND EAST-FACING SLOPES. OUTDOOR
  BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS FLYING EMBERS AND ASH MAY START
  SPOT FIRES DOWNWIND.
