  CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING...REDEVELOPING TOMORROW MORNING. A
  SHARP WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST IS FORECAST WITH THE ARRIVAL
  OF THE COLD FRONT FROM NORTH TO SOUTH ACROSS MUCH OF THE STATE
  TOMORROW AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT THROUGH THIS EVENING AND
  AGAIN SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND GUSTY
  WINDS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY AND
  SATURDAY.
