...Water levels are high or forecast to have significant rises for
the following rivers or creeks:  Grand River at Lowell...

.The heavy rain has ended.  Considerable runoff will result in steady
rises on the Grand River at Lowell.  The following forecast is based on observed
and forecast 48 hour precipitation.

For the Grand River At Lowell... no observed stage was available.  No
flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage forecasted is 10.1 feet
Tuesday.  Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
