...The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a hydrologic
statement for the following river...


  Osage River affecting St. Thomas


.This hydrologic statement is based on releases from Bagnell Dam in combination
with 2 to 3 inches of precipitation forecast in the next 24 hours...

Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.
