MORNING. PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE EASTWARD TODAY...WITH SOME
STORMS POSSIBLY BECOMING STRONG THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING MAINLY
IN THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN DAKOTAS AND MANITOBA.
