MOSTLY SUNNY AND WARM WEATHER WAS OBSERVED TODAY. AFTER OVERNIGHT
LOWS NEAR 50...TEMPERATURES WARMED WELL UP INTO THE 70S BY MID TO
LATE AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL COOL BACK DOWN INTO THE UPPER
50S AND LOWER 60S BY LATE EVENING WITH A LIGHT SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST
BREEZE.

WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
CLOUDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY. THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN
WILL ARRIVE LATER SUNDAY EVENING INTO MONDAY AS A SYSTEM
APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
