  THUNDERSTORM...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER 14 NM
  SOUTHWEST OF ROCKLAND...OR ABOUT 12 NM NORTH OF MONHEGAN ISLAND...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 KNOTS.
