..ACCUMULATING SNOW LIKELY OVER THE SOUTHERN JAMES RIVER VALLEY...

An upper level storm system will bring accumulating snow to the
far southern James River Valley late tonight through Wednesday
afternoon. This includes the cities of Edgeley, Ellendale,
Lamoure and Oakes, in Dickey and Lamoure counties. The snow may be
preceded by a brief period of light freezing rain. At this time
it looks like snowfall accumulations between 2 and 4 inches can be
expected, mainly along and east of Highway 281. There is also a
possibility of some heavier snow bands within this general area.
Western portions of Dickey and Lamoure counties can expect an
inch or two of snow, with snow amounts tapering of quickly as you
go farther west.

Be sure to check the latest road conditions before you venture out
tomorrow morning and allow extra travel time during your morning
commute.
