...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS THE MIDLANDS...

FOG REMAINS ACROSS THE AREA WITH CONDITIONS SLOWLY IMPROVING.
EXPECT THE FOG TO PERSIST OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS WITH
VISIBILITIES GENERALLY AROUND 3 MILES...HOWEVER PATCHY DENSE FOG
WITH VISIBILITIES AROUND ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES ARE BEING
REPORTED MAINLY IN THE EASTERN MIDLANDS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO
USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING THIS MORNING.
