...RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS EARLY THIS MORNING...

An area of rain with embedded thunderstorms will track across
Southeast Michigan through 400 AM. Thunderstorms will have the
potential to produce intense rainfall and wind gusts to 40 mph.
Motorists are urged to use caution as these storms will
significantly reduce visibilities and cause water to pond on
roadways.
