At 405 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms over Lake Michigan extending from 25 miles east of
Wind Point to Osceola. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall was occurring with these storms, and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning was also occurring with these
storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek
a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
