BIG ISLAND INTERIOR-BIG ISLAND NORTH AND EAST-BIG ISLAND SUMMIT-
KOHALA-KONA-SOUTH BIG ISLAND-
155 PM HST MON OCT 13 2014

AT 152 PM HST...LINES OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM 14
MILES WEST OF VOLCANO TO HAWAIIAN OCEAN VIEW ESTATES...AND FROM
WAIKOLOA VILLAGE TO KAILUA-KONA TO MILOLII. BOTH OF THESE AREAS OF
STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

SMALL HAIL...WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING ARE
POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. MOVE INDOORS WHEN A THUNDERSTORM
APPROACHES. VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL
CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
