...Patches of ice possible on roads this morning...

Rain and snow yesterday evening, plus below-freezing temperatures
overnight, have created patches of ice on road surfaces. This
could create hazardous driving conditions at times this morning.
If roads appear wet, assume they are actually icy.

Sunshine and wind should improve road conditions later this
morning.
