SUNNY SKIES WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO WARM QUICKLY INTO THE MID
90S INALND...AND LOWER 90S NEAR THE COAST.
PEAK HEAT INDICES AROUND 105 DEGREES ARE EXPECTED INLAND.

ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER INTERIOR
SECTIONS THIS AFTERNOON AS THE ATLANTIC COAST SEA BREEZE PUSHES
INLAND. A SEA BREEZE COLLISION IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR THIS EVENING
NEAR OR JUST WEST OF LAKE COUNTY AND PRODUCE A PERIOD OF SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND LIGHTNING STORMS.

IF WORKING OR RECREATING OUTDOORS...DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND TAKE
FREQUENT BREAKS OUT OF THE SUN TO PREVENT HEAT RELATED ILLNESS OR
INJURY.
