...EARLY SEASON SNOWFALL EXPECTED IN THE NORTHEASTERN BROOKS
RANGE...

AN EARLY FALL STORM IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE SNOWFALL AMOUNTS
OF 2 TO 7 INCHES IN THE NORTHEASTERN BROOKS RANGE TODAY
AND TONIGHT. THE HEAVIEST SNOW AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED IN
AREAS EAST OF THE DALTON HIGHWAY. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF ABOUT 3
INCHES ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE DALTON HIGHWAY. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO
2 INCHES MAY OCCUR IN AREAS EAST OF THE DALTON HIGHWAY TUESDAY.

NORTH WINDS A5 TO 25 MPH ARE EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT...
WITH LOCAL GUSTS TO 35 MPH IN PASSES. BLOWING SNOW MAY REDUCE
VISIBILITY IN PASSES. TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE LOWER TO MID 30S
TODAY...AND FALL TO THE MID TO UPPER 20S TONIGHT. HIGHS TUESDAY
ARE EXPECTED TO CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S.

HUNTERS AND OTHERS INVOLVED IN OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SHOULD
BE PREPARED FOR COOL AND WINDY CONDITIONS WITH SNOW.
