RAIN WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN MERCER...SOUTHWESTERN VENANGO...
SOUTHEASTERN LAWRENCE...NORTHERN BUTLER...NORTHWESTERN ARMSTRONG AND
WEST CENTRAL CLARION COUNTIES...

At 309 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest of
Slippery Rock, or 11 miles east of New Castle, moving northeast at 30
mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph are possible with this storm.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 66 and 81.

  Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 29 and 45.

Torrential rainfall also is occurring with this storm and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
