TROPICAL DISTURBANCE 2F, ABOUT 420 MILES NORTHWEST OF TUTUILA IS
FORECAST TO MOVE CLOSER TO THE TERRITORY BY SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS
DEEPENING LOW IS EXPECTED TO BRING WINDS UP TO 40 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS SUNDAY NIGHT TO MONDAY MORNING, THEN GRADUALLY DIMINISH
THEREAFTER AS THE TROPICAL SYSTEM MOVE SOUTHEAST.

THE DEEPENING TROPICAL DISTURBANCE 2F AND THE ASSOCIATED
CONVERGENCE ZONE (SPCZ) WILL MAINTAIN FLASH FLOODING CONDITIONS
THROUGH MONDAY AS LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH THUNDERSTORMS LIKELY
CONTINUE TO IMPACT THE AREA THROUGH THE WEEKEND. HENCE, A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR AMERICAN SAMOA THROUGH MONDAY.
