WEATHER CONDITION AT INCIDENT OR NEARBY STATIONS
Facility 3 C[12/15/17 1000] Rmks=Wind directions were as
                            forecast 2017-12-14 1206. The
                            surface winds were not consistent
enough for us to complete the
                            prescribed burn of the phragmites
stand. We would get a good fire
going and it would progress until
the wind slowed down. we needed
more wind to keep the flame front
moving. We plan to try again
Tuesday, Dec 19 if the weather will
                            be appropriate. Please provide a
spot forecast for that date. We
will start in the morning when
mixing height is 1600 feet or
higher, transport winds are 9 mph
or greater and ground wind is less
than 15. Wind directions need to be
                            SSW, SW, or WSE. Sky=Overcast
                            Wind=MM@SW Elev=592
