POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 2 MPH. THE
REMNANT OF JULIO IS EXPECTED TO TURN NORTHWEST AND ACCELERATE OVER
THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  SOME WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
