CST THIS EVENING. THE BLIZZARD WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* TIMING...BLOWING SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH
  GUSTS TO 45 MPH MAY PRODUCE VISIBILITY OF ONE MILE OR LESS IN
  BLOWING SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS.
