...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST MONDAY FOR WHITE PASS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LOW WIND CHILL AND BLOWING SNOW
HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH 3 PM AKST MONDAY.

* LOCATION...ALONG THE KLONDIKE HIGHWAY NEAR WHITE PASS.

* TIMING...THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...LOW WIND CHILLS TO 40 BELOW ZERO WILL CAUSE EXPOSED
  SKIN TO BECOME FROSTBITTEN IN 30 MINUTES. VISIBILITY TO ONE
  QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES IN BLOWING SNOW WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  DIFFICULT.

* OTHER IMPACTS...STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS GUSTING TO 55 MPH WILL
  CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DRIFTING OF SNOW AND MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.
