THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DETROIT/PONTIAC HAS ISSUED A
WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4
AM EST MONDAY. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.


HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * A LONG DURATION SNOW WILL AFFECT THE AREA...RESULTING IN STORM
   TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 6 TO 10 INCHES BY LATE SUNDAY NIGHT.

 * LIGHT SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING. THE INTENSITY OF
   THE SNOW WILL INCREASE DURING THE AFTERNOON. THE PERIOD OF
   HEAVIEST SNOW, POSSIBLY AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR AT TIMES, WILL
   OCCUR BETWEEN 3 PM AND 11 PM.

 * SNOW WILL END AFTER MIDNIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN IN THE
   LOWER 30S OVERNIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.

 * ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND VERY HAZARDOUS... IMPACTING
   TRAVEL ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT..
