WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 3 AM CST SATURDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE BEST CHANCE
  FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW FROM ABOUT 6 PM TO MIDNIGHT. THE SNOW WILL
  SHIFT NORTH AND EAST LATE TONIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE
  POSSIBLE.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH

* TIMING...SNOW WILL GRADUALLY BUILD NORTHEAST LATE THIS AFTERNOON
  WITH THE BEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW FROM ABOUT 9 PM TO 3
  AM. THE SNOW WILL SHIFT NORTH AND EAST OF THE AREA EARLY
  SATURDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE
  POSSIBLE WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS EXPECTED IN THE ORANGE
  CITY...LE MARS AND JACKSON MINNESOTA LOCATIONS.
