URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Quick Hitting Snow to Impact Late Morning and Afternoon
Travel...

.A fairly quick hitting system will drop up to 3 inches of snow
late this morning into the afternoon hours. Main impact areas will
be along the I-94 corridor. Those with travel plans should be
alert for rapidly changing conditions such as reduced visibilities
and slick roads as this band of snow moves across southern
Wisconsin. the Madison area should see the impacts from this snow
earlier and perhaps be wrapped up for the late day commute.
Meanwhile the Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha areas could see the
snow persist into the late day rush hour period.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions,
  including during the afternoon and evening commute. Total snow
  accumulations of up to three inches are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Wisconsin and southeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...11 AM to 6 PM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
