SATURDAY...

* LOCATION...EASTERN SAN JUAN AND LA GARITA MOUNTAINS ABOVE
  10000 FEET...INCLUDING WOLF CREEK PASS.

* CAUSE AND TIMING...A SERIES OF STORM SYSTEMS WILL BRING
  PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW TO THE SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS
  BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING THROUGH SATURDAY
  EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...10 TO 20 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* WIND...WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 30 MPH.

* IMPACT...ROADS WILL BECOME ICY AND SNOWPACKED WITH HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL CONDITIONS EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAIN PASSES...
  PARTICULARLY WOLF CREEK. AVALANCHE DANGER WILL INCREASE INTO
  SATURDAY.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.  SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF
SNOW ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. ONLY TRAVEL IN
