...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM SUNDAY TO 5 AM MST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 8 to 14 inches, with localized amounts up to
  19 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Sunday to 5 AM MST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
  including during the morning commute on Monday. Winds gusting
  as high as 55 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
  The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow and blowing snow means severe
winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous or
impossible. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food
and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest

MST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 4 to 8 inches, with localized amounts up to 12 inches, are
  expected.

* WHERE...Western Mosquito Range/East Lake County Above 11000
  Feet, Eastern Sawatch Mountains Above 11000 Feet, Western
  Chaffee County Between 9000 and 11000 Feet, Saguache County
  East of Continental Divide Below 10000 Feet and La Garita
  Mountains Above 10000 Feet.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Sunday to 5 AM MST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including
  during the evening commute on Monday. In addition, areas of poor
  visibility are likely. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will
  cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. The cold wind chills
  as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in
  as little as 30 minutes.
