...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
SUNDAY AFTERNOON ABOVE 3500 FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 13 inches are
  possible.

* WHERE...Cascade mountains of Whatcom and Skagit Counties,
  including the Mount Baker Ski Area.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Sunday afternoon. The
  heaviest snow is expected to occur during the day Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
  possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue
to monitor the latest forecasts.

  heaviest snow is expected to occur during Sunday night.
