 * IN OKLAHOMA...ROGERS...MAYES...PAWNEE...OTTAWA...WASHINGTON...
   OSAGE...CRAIG AND NOWATA.

 * THIS WARNING REPLACES THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY THAT WAS IN
   EFFECT

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WITH SOME PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW ARE
   EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO SPREAD ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
   TODAY INTO THE EVENING HOURS.

 * 3 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW IS ANTICIPATED.

 * TRAVEL WILL BECOME VERY HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE. POWER OUTAGES

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD ACROSS NORTHEAST
   OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS INTO THE EVENING HOURS. ACROSS
   SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO MIX WITH OR
   CHANGE OVER TO LIGHT SLEET AND OR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN THIS
   AFTERNOON.

 * 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHEAST
   OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. A THIN COATING OF ICE WILL
   LIKELY DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA THAT SEE THE
   CHANGEOVER TO LIGHT FREEZING RAIN.
