.DISCUSSION...A weak cold front pushed across the area earlier
tonight.  North-northwesterly winds are expected through dawn.
Upper ridging will move into northeast Colorado on Friday.  Skies
will becoming partly cloudy by Friday afternoon.  Precipitation is
not expected the rest of tonight or on Friday.  Smoke dispersion
will be poor overnight and Friday morning. There will be a few
hours of fair and even good dispersion on Friday afternoon.
