.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Dry and seasonably mild conditions both Monday through Wednesday as
surface high builds across the waters. Winds will vary in direction
across the waters but generally form the W/SW gusting to 25kt;
lighter Tuesday. Weak low pressure system could bring light could
bring more light rain towards the end of the week.
