* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Ice accumulations less than one
  tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Northwest Aroostook, Northern
  Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the evening and
  Wednesday morning commutes.
