...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL DUVAL AND WEST CENTRAL
JIM WELLS COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 AM CDT...

At 1206 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southwest of Rosita, or 11 miles northwest of Benavides, moving
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
San Diego, Benavides, San Jose, and Rosita.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
