.DISCUSSION...Gusty north to northeast winds and low RH`s over
the exposed higher terrain are expected to continue this afternoon.
A frontal system will drop down from the NW late tonight through
Thursday and provide wetting rain to Del Norte and northern
Humboldt Counties. Temperatures will remain above seasonal
averages through Friday. An unseasonably cold system will drop
down from the NW Friday night through Saturday, bringing moderate
to heavy rain, high mountain snow and much cooler temperatures.
