.DISCUSSION...

For today, quiet weather will be across most of the area except for
areas far east of the Rio Grande with moisture increasing across
those areas. Due to this, there will be a chance for showers and
thunderstorms across the aforementioned areas. The 20ft winds will
be breezy to low end windy and temperatures above the average in
the lowlands and vice versa in the mountains and in areas where
thunderstorms are possible. Tonight recovery will be fair to good.
For Sunday, dry air will be in place across much of the entire
zones. The 20ft winds will continue to be breezy to low end windy
with the temperatures at and below the normal. With that being said,
fire weather conditions will be elevated to near critical today
and on Sunday.
