Southwestern Burnet County in south central Texas... * Until 800 PM CDT. * At 656 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Oxford, or 11 miles southwest of Kingsland, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Marble Falls, Kingsland, Round Mountain, Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Johnson City, Meadowlakes, Highland Haven, Spicewood, Blowout, Sandy, Cypress Mill, Pedernales Falls State Park, Smithwick, Cottonwood Shores, and Sunrise Beach Village.
