Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Hog Creek Near Crawford affecting McLennan County.

...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...

  Lampasas River Near Kempner affecting Lampasas County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Hog Creek near Crawford.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding is expected. Some rural
  roads will be underwater, with flood waters nearing a residence on
  the left bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 14.2 feet
    late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this
    afternoon to 4.2 feet late tomorrow morning. It will rise to
    4.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall again
    and remain below flood stage.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Lampasas River near Kempner.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding can be
  expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.6
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
    this evening.
