...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN ROOKS...SOUTHWESTERN SMITH...NORTHWESTERN OSBORNE
AND SOUTHEASTERN PHILLIPS COUNTIES...

At 309 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Woodston, or 21
miles southeast of Phillipsburg, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Stockton, Kirwin, Woodston, and Alton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for north central
Kansas.

building.
