Skies were mostly cloudy during the afternoon. At 2 pm, there was
a west to east line of scattered showers from Marshfield to
Stevens Point to Shawano to near Green Bay. The band of showers
was moving southward. Temperatures away from Lake Michigan were
in the middle 50s to lower 60s.

For the rest of the afternoon into this evening, the scattered
showers will come to an end and skies will clear. Later tonight,
a frost or freeze is expected across the north. A Frost Advisory
or Freeze Warning is in effect for locations generally north of a
line from Merrill to Antigo to Marinette. Lows tonight should drop
into the upper 20s to middle 30s north and in the upper 30s to
lower 40s south and along the bay and Lake Michigan.

For Friday, skies will start out sunny then turn mostly cloudy
during the afternoon. The chances of showers and a few storms
will arrive by late afternoon for locations north and west of the
Fox Valley. High temperatures will climb into the 60s away from
the bay and Lake Michigan.

For the weekend, there is a chance of showers on Saturday with
highs in the 60s. For Sunday, there is a chance of showers and
thunderstorms with much warmer conditions with highs in the 70s
to around 80.
