...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN COWLEY AND NORTHEASTERN SUMNER COUNTIES...

At 717 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Udall to near Wellington, moving southeast at 20
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Winfield, Wellington, Mulvane, Belle Plaine, Oxford, Udall, Rock,
Riverdale, and Wellington Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south central
Kansas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
