...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN COLUMBUS AND CENTRAL
HORRY COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT...

At 425 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Nakina to near Goretown to Allsbrook.
Movement was east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tabor City, Loris, Bethel, Nakina, Old Dock, Mollie, Bughill, Sidney,
Williams, Pireway, Dulah, Goretown, Bayboro, Allsbrook, Crusoe
Island, and Loris Community Hospital.

This includes SC Highway 22 between mile markers 11 and 19.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
