* WHAT...For Sunday morning, cloud cover has prevented the
  formation of frost. Therefore, the Frost Advisory has been
  cancelled. For Sunday night into Monday, temperatures will fall
  to as low as 33, resulting in frost formation.

* WHERE...Hardin, Union and Delaware Counties.

* WHEN...New Frost Advisory from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
