* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in patchy frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Hardin, Union, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Fairfield
  and Hocking Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
