This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Light snow showers and patchy freezing drizzle possible
tonight.

Hazards: slick roads...bridges and overpasses.

Timing: Scattered snow showers will develop by late evening and
continue overnight. Lake effect snow showers may impact northeast
portions of central Indiana late tonight. Patchy freezing drizzle is
possible for a few hours prior to daybreak Tuesday.

Discussion: Dry weather will continue today. Low pressure and a cold
front will track through the area this evening with scattered snow
showers developing. Patchy freezing drizzle is possible during the
predawn hours as well.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Outlook: Lake effect snow showers will impact northeast portions of
central Indiana Tuesday and Tuesday evening and may bring light
accumulations up to an inch in some locations. A few snow showers
are possible Wednesday night and early Thursday as a quick moving
system passes through the Great Lakes.

Discussion: Quick moving upper waves will bring periodic snow
chances to the area Tuesday and again Wednesday night and Thursday in
the northwest flow aloft.

and north of Interstate 70 as a quick moving system passes through

in the northwest flow aloft.
