THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

OUTLOOK: HEAT INDICES WILL RISE TO NEAR 100 DEGREES THROUGH EARLY
EVENING. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

HAZARDS: VERY HUMID CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT.
ANY ISOLATED STORM THAT CAN FORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF BLINDING
RAINS...GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

TIMING: HEAT INDICES NEAR 100 WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
ISOLATED STORMS ARE POSSIBLE AT ANY TIME THROUGH TONIGHT BUT MOST
LIKELY DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

DISCUSSION: A VERY WARM AND HUMID AIR MASS WILL REMAIN OVER
CENTRAL INDIANA THROUGH TONIGHT. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE BUT MOST ARE LIKELY TO REMAIN DRY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

OUTLOOK: BOTH VERY HOT AND HUMID WEATHER AND CHANCES FOR
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE WEEKEND. MAX HEAT INDICES
FROM 100 TO 110 DEGREES ARE EXPECTED DURING PEAK HEATING SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY. SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL RETURN MONDAY WITH
DRY WEATHER STARTING MONDAY NIGHT. ADDITIONAL STORM CHANCES ARE
EXPECTED BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

DISCUSSION: EXTREMELY WARM AND HUMID AIR FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO
WILL STAY ACROSS INDIANA THROUGH THE WEEKEND. PERIODIC THREATS
FOR STORMS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL A FRONT PASSES MONDAY. CHANCES FOR
STORMS WILL RETURN BY THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK AS THE FRONT RETURNS
NORTH INTO THE REGION.
