This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Isolated thunderstorms.

Hazards: None.

Timing: None.

Discussion: Small area of showers and thunderstorms are moving south
southeast across parts of extreme Indiana this morning and are
expected to continue this track through the morning. Isolated
thunderstoms are possible elsewhere this afternoon and evening. Some
of these storms may produce brief heavy downpours and gusty winds,
but severe weather is not expected.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Outlook: No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Discussion: More thunderstorms are possible over all or parts of
central Indiana Thursday through Monday. An isolated severe storm
cannot be ruled out Thursday and Friday, mainly north of Interstate
70. Any storm is capable of producing gusty winds, heavy rain that
may cause flooding and dangerous cloud to ground lightning.

Hot and humid conditions will be the rule into the weekend. Heat
index values will peak over 100 degrees across parts of the area
Thursday through Saturday.

Discussion: Hot air will move into central Indiana this week and into
the weekend. A front along with upper level disturbances will bring
thunderstorm chances to all or parts of the area at times through
Monday.
