DISCUSSION: HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES AND
OHIO VALLEY LATE TODAY. IT WILL BE COLD AND BLUSTERY DAY WITH
NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO 25 MPH. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST FLOOD

OUTLOOK: A FREEZE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THROUGH 10 AM
THIS MORNING AS TEMPERATURES DROP TO NEAR 30 BY DAYBREAK. ANOTHER
FREEZE WARNING WILL BE IN EFFECT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH 10 AM
WEDNESDAY AS A HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED WITH OVERNIGHT LOW
TEMPERATURES FROM 25 TO 30 DEGREES. FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG
AREA WATERWAYS.

HAZARDS: SLICK ROADWAYS. RIVER FLOODING. FREEZING TEMPERATURES.
